Pricing is as quoted in the proposal or SOW. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST). Invoices are payable within the period specified (typically 7-15 days). Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment.

Any changes to project scope must be mutually agreed in writing. Cancellation or termination terms (including any refund or liability) will be governed by the specific SOW or agreement. In the absence of such terms, fees for work completed till the date of cancellation remain payable.

We warrant that Services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee that software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Except as expressly stated, all Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
